Warehouse Supervisor

**What you'll be doing**
- Understanding the daily plan to support the preparation & co-ordination of labour & resource
- Co-ordinating the daily activity for designated zone(s)
- Ensuring all work/movements are dealt with in the set timeframes & all systems updated accordingly
- Raising any equipment concerns to the Zone Manager, with the relevant detail of what is required and why
- If activity deviates from the current plan (vehicle no-shows etc.) highlight downtime to Supervisor Level 2 so labour can be re-distributed
- Actively stepping up when Supervisor Level 2 is not present
- Keeping Supervisor Level 2 regularly updated of any staff concerns, including, under performance attitude, behaviour, and non-conformity
- Ensuring H&S, Quality and Food Safety compliance requirements/standards are met
- Directly challenging unacceptable behaviours and support with corrective action where appropriate

**Working Hours**:7pm - 7am / 4 on 4 off working pattern

**What you'll need**
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience necessary
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach towards tasks
- People who are self-motivated with the ability to work both on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
