Sandwich Bar

Benjamin Lee Artisan Bakery is looking to expand. We are currently recruiting for our new branch in town centre

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling bakery products (cakes, pies, breads, etc. )
- Prepare food to order such as sandwiches, baps, jacket potatoes and other hot food items
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service
- Upsell to meet sales targets
- Clean the shop and all work areas at the end of day

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in fast paced food preparation is required as we are expecting high volume of customers so you have to be familiar with working under pressure and knowing how to prepare/cook food in a time-efficient manner
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £7.50-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
