- **The Role**:_

Because we’re growing, we are looking for a full-time Sales Person/Appointment Setter to join our team In this role you’ll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.

As well as working an extensive book of white-hot leads, you’ll be using an amazing CRM that makes calling leads quick and easy, sending your number of dials (and commissions) through the roof.

**This is an awesome opportunity for someone WHO**:

- Has at least THREE years experience in a successful inside sales position, preferably setting appointments in a direct sales environment.
- Likes to work in a small company where your input, contributions and ideas will directly impact the company’s growth and success.
- Enjoys helping clients and talking to people.
- Wants a company that provides their sales person with great MARKETING to support their efforts (you’ll only be calling WARM/QUALIFIED leads).
- Has extreme attention to detail and is highly organized; in this role, making sure all fields are updated correctly in the database is critical.
- Is a quick, self-motivated learner and wants to work for a company that will invest in their learning and skill development (we WANT you to learn and get better).
- Doesn’t want to travel and prefers talking to people over the phone to schedule appointments or provide answers.
- Wants a position that will offer upward earning and career advancement; we want people who are interested in growth, learning and becoming part of our long-term team.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Ability to work to meet deadlines, (often) under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- **Your Compensation**:_ **Competitive base salary of £22-25,000 per annum based on experience.**
- Bonus/Commission Structure that will take pay to £45,000 OTE.

Expected start date: September

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 9-5.30
- 2 days per week 11-7.30
- 1 Saturday in 2 required for calling.

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**
- 3 + Years Experience in client focused telesales, appointment setting. Full training of the 'Embrace Way' is provided
- Experience in client focused direct sales
- Experience with converting warm leads into appointments

- A positive attitude and friendly approach
- Confident with communication, building client rapport and a great attention to detail
- Present yourself professionally and providing excellent client care skills
