To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

- 3-5 minimum years prior experience of playing and coaching in a professional football academy at the elite level.
- UEFA B Coaching Qualification or Relevant coaching qualification.
- Understanding of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD).
- Passionate about sport and football.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A flexible approach to workload.
- An understanding of equality, diversity and safeguarding.

**Salary: £29,288**
