JOB DESCRIPTION - Project Coordinator (number of positions available:1)

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator understands the project life cycle and excels in fast paced conditions,

We currently have 5 London stores and expanding the business.

The role will suit someone who has a multi-facetted profile with excellent communication and organisational skills as well as a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in implementing key projects and will have a collaborative approach and be able to work with various departments within the organisation including operations, marketing, sales and branding.

You will be the main point of contact for projects at a national and international level, be able to build and maintain relationships with partner organisations.

An interest in technology and/or business development would be advantageous. You will be working closely with the company’s Managing Director.

The Pastel de Nata is the King of Portuguese pastries, the world-renowned Portuguese Custard Tart. Developed by monks of the Jeronimos Monastery in Portugal Before the 18th century, this tasty little treat is the favourite go to snack for the Portuguese, taken with a bica (Espresso), morning, afternoon or evening. Its popularity spread with the growth of the Portuguese Empire, as far wide as South America, Africa and Asia and pasteis de nata are now available globally, on virtually every continent.

We make fresh cream and dough daily, and bake our natas all day, every day, and never from frozen.

**Skills Required**:

- Highly organised with an ability to cope with a demanding workload
- Attention to detail is essential and you should be able to manage your own workload as well as communicate clearly to colleagues and customers alike
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail with an eye for grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to use or willingness to learn how to use Outlook Express, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft OneDrive
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Be comfortable with data analysis and reporting
- You will be required to attend industry events
