**Junior Brand Ambassador (SE England) - £22,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus car & commission**

An award-winning business within the fenestration industry, providing high quality window products through two brands (Window Widgets and Residence Collection), supporting the industry with innovative product solutions for the manufacture and installation of windows.

**What is the job?**

Key tasks will include
- Work to achieve the targets and KPIs set for your area
- Work in partnership with wider sales team and directors to develop efficient and effective sales strategies
- Develop key relationships with accounts and their customers
- Monitor and manage leads, using CRM and lead generation software and working closely with the Marketing team
- Assist customers with any marketing requirements
- Auditing existing installers to ensure they are complying with Installer Agreement to ensure they know how to sell the Residence Collection to consumers on brand
- Act in alignment to the culture, products, brand and target market of the business
- Monitor costs and work within budgets
- Change displays/literature to promote new product launches or marketing developments
- Work closely with wider team to identify key opportunities
- Producing monthly progress reports
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Product training to installers
- Resolve or direct customer enquiries efficiently to maintain an exceptional level of customer service
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the business’ product portfolio
- Collaborate on key projects as required

Some previous sales experience is required, perhaps gained as part of an internal sales role and full product training will be given.

It goes without saying that your communication skills (both verbal and written) will be critical to your success, as will a good eye for detail and a creative approach to your role. You must be comfortable in a fast paced and demanding business and be able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet sales targets and other KPIs. You must also be digitally competent to use both PC and App based software as tools to support you in your role. Finally, given that you will have a large geographical area to support, you must be very well organised, and as you may expect, have a full driving licence to be able to visit customers face to face on a regular basis.
