As a Senior Residential Worker, your role will involve providing safe, unconditional positive regard to every individual in our care. Your responsibilities will include safeguarding within regulations, as well as providing therapeutic key work with the children and young people.

- Residential Childcare experience or equivalent
- Level 3 In Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
