Are you passionate about all things SEO? Do you have a knack for optimising websites to reach the top of search engine rankings? Altitude Marketing is looking for an SEO Executive to join our dynamic team and help us take our clients' online presence to the next level

**Role Overview**:
As an SEO Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for our clients. You'll collaborate with our talented marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that enhance website visibility, drive targeted traffic, and boost conversions. Your analytical mindset, creative thinking, and up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends will be key assets in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic opportunities.
- Conduct technical SEO analysis to inform the SEO strategy
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct link-building and backlink analysis
- Optimise website content and structure for improved search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, showcasing the impact of your SEO efforts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall digital marketing strategies.

**Essential Skills**:

- 2+ years SEO experience
- Proven experience and understanding of SEO Techniques
- Experience working with SEO tools and software such as SEMrush
- Proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Working knowledge of industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business etc.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong Communication and administration skills, including handling multiple tasks and clients.

**Desired Skills**:The following skills would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience with website Content Management Systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc)
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to write web-ready copy with a strong understanding of punctuation and grammar.
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing

**Hybrid Working**

You will be required to commit to a minimum of 3 days working in our Loughborough office with the exact days and hours you work during the course of a week to be agreed.

**Salary**:
£24,000 to £28,000, depending on your experience level.
