**About the role and our team**

Join us as an IT Hardware and Software Sales Officer within our Government Technology Services’ Customer Experience Team

In this busy role, you will have responsibility for managing Sales requests, orders and charges, managing our customer facing catalogue of services and working closely with the other members of the Customer Experience teams.

You will also work closely with other areas of GTS and our partners to maintain the provision of quality services to our customers.

GTS offer a hybrid working approach with part of your work week based in the office and part working from home, where desired.
