**PURPOSE STATEMENT**

**Summary and overall objectives of the job**

An Outreach messenger on the Body Smart Outreach team is the frontline communication for the company. It’s as much a customer service position as it is a sales one. We are relationship-minded, creating a safe space where all members of our community feel seen & heard. The role uses a unique lead generation strategy where you will be required to book prospective clients on a sales call from various social media platforms such as Instagram.

**Education and Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years spent in customer service or related job
- Experience in the fitness and/or nutrition industry
- Passionate about helping others reach their goals and live their best lives
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement specific communication styles
- You are a persuasive speaker and love communicating and connecting with others
- You’re social media savvy and perform best when thinking on your feet
- You are a quick learner with a positive attitude, and you approach challenges with an inquisitive mindset

- You believe in a healthy work/life balance and you understand the importance of holding yourself accountable
- Be diverse in communication skills to communicate with the client and employee base from a variety of countries from around the world

**Requirements**:

- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
- Have the ability to work 25 hours+ per week
- A quite operating environment and adequate operating station
- You will need to have a high-speed Internet connection and your own reliable computer and phone

**Body Smart Outreach Competencies**

**Your performance and ability against each of these competencies will be self-assessed and assessed by your head coach, once you have demonstrated the required standard consistently for 2 months, you will be signed off as “Body Smart” in that competency.**

**Competencies**:

- Achieve a 0.5 KPI or better in your first month
- Achieve under 20 hours worked per sale or better in your first month
- Consistently achieve a 0.65 KPI or higher for months 2 and 3
- Consistently achieve under 15 hours worked per sale or better for months 2 and 3
- Consistently achieve a 0.75 KPI each month or higher in month 4 and onwards
- Consistently achieve under 10 hours worked per sale each month or better in month 4 and onwards
- Consistently achieve under 50% call cancelation or better in month 4 and onwards
- Consistently achieve 10% outbound message to call offer or above in month 4 and onwards
- Consistently achieve 50% calls offered converted to calls booked or above in month 4 and onwards
- Accurately track potential clients on the teams Overview Reporting Tool (ORT Sheet) by keeping a detailed log of leads and all other relevant information
- Provide insightful feedback and engage with other members of the team to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively
- Attend mandatory team meetings on a weekly basis
- Effectively navigate/engage in all business platforms in addition to your time spent as an Outreach messenger in the Body Smart Instagram page

**Salary Expectations**:
£12 p/h in 3 month probation
£15 p/h after probation
£13 per sale commission

**Location**:
This is 100% a remote working role. We do have a Head Quarters office based in Liverpool.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
