**We are currently recruiting for:

- Cleaning Supervisor - 16 Hours**

If you have the ability to contribute to the team and want to help promote our Company values, are able to be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.

**Core Responsibility**:
Reporting directly to the Area Manager you will have core responsibility to ensure the delivery of a high level of service as agreed and outlined in the specification and contract agreement between G.S. Associates and the client.

**Role Specifications**:

- To demonstrate the values of GS Associates and lead by example at all times
- Establish a thorough understanding of the site specification for your site and support the delivery of the cleaning schedule.
- Ensure that the cleaning specification is being met.
- Duties for cleaning is not exhaustive and will include; sweeping, mopping, hoovering, dusting, polishing, damp wiping, cleaning toilets, waist clearance and some tasks must be carried out using machinery such as a scrubber drier.
- To use the specified cleaning chemicals for all tasks as appropriate.
- Adhere to the colour coding applicable to the site.
- Support the internal cleaning audit where necessary and ensure that next steps are being actioned within the specified timescales.
- To ensure that all machinery is maintained and kept in good working order, by keeping it clean and by using it in the correct manner.
- Report any defects / repairs of machinery required.
- To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure that their expectations are met whilst working to the defined specifications.
- To complete and process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing sign off for completed tasks where required
- To ensure that all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the client.
- To attend meetings with the client and team as and when required.
- To adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures.
- To adhere to all Company processes, policies and procedures.
- Respond to any client feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Respect the confidentiality of GS Associates and the client.

**Working Hours for a Cleaning Supervisor**:

- Total 16 Hours - Mon - Thurs 06.00 - 10.00
