Part of LSL Property Services, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network and operate within the Financial Service sector. Based within our Chippenham offices (and hybrid once qualified) we are looking to recruit a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Customer File Reviewer in our Advice Support Team whom review mortgage and protection advice given by our brokers nationally.

The role is a trainee role enabling individuals looking to forge a career within financial services, Full training will be provided as will sponsorship to complete the industry recognised qualification CeMAP.

As the trainee progresses through training and passes the modules that make up the CeMAP qualification the salary will increase up to around £25,000

The objective of this role will be to support the Head of Advice Support with effective management of risk via the First Line of defence through review of member files for suitability of advice, in line with PRIMIS guidance and Service Level Standards. In order to fulfil this - the role holder will amongst other duties review allocated cases to assess suitability of advice and adherence to Consumer Duty rules recording activity and outcomes in line with departmental standards and SLA’s. You will build positive, beneficial relationships with Advisors through regular contact and feedback provided to them and report any breaches of PRIMIS and FCA standard through the correct channels.

**The salary for the trainee role starts at around £20,000 - £22,000 DOE and increases to circa £25,000.**
