Deutsche Bank’s Origination and Advisory (O&A) business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.

Our range of services and strong presence across the globe enables us to complete large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and regional transactions.

You will be supporting the Consumer team. You will have experience of managing complex schedules and be highly organised to keep on top of the long list of tasks. You will make executive decisions and have the ability to correctly prioritise a high number of requests.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Proactive diary management - ensure that the individual is supplied with the appropriate documentation when attending meetings, video, and audio conference calls
- Extensive and complex diary management, at any given time you can have more than 50 meetings to schedule
- Organising ad-hoc and regular meetings via video, audio conference calls or in person across a variety of time zones; coordinating diaries, booking meeting rooms, materials
- Providing availability as requested and entering confirmed details in the participant’s calendar, and informing them of the calendar entry
- Prioritise engagements as directed by management where necessary. Interacting with clients daily to coordinate meetings

**Your skills and experience**
- Prior assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in booking complex travel
- Ability to work calmly and effectively, and sometimes in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Excellent Information Technology (IT) skills (including Outlook)
- Ability to interact with staff and their support functions from all levels
- Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
