Sobec Contracting Limited has over 40 years experience in site service operations for the Modular & Portable building industry. We also supply pre-used and refurbished Modular & Portable buildings to hundreds of satisfied customers across various sectors throughout the UK.

Sobec Contracting Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire.

**Responsibilities**
- Liasing with client to indentif and define project requirements, scope and obejctives.
- Co-ordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
- Purchasing
- Control of lifting equipment testing
- Site surveys, setting out on site
- Responsible for raising all method statements and risk assessments
- Update COSHH data/assessments

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination and or project management
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £27,799.00-£29,527.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Modular & Portable building: 3 years (preferred)
