Project Coordinator

**Role**:Project Coordinator (Permanent, Full Time)

**Reports to**: Project Manager

**Location**:Hessle, UK
**Work Day**:Office based, Monday - Friday

**Salary - **£20,000 - £28,000, dependant on experience

**You will be responsible to**:

- Work with Operations and Project teams on the start-up of and live administration of projects
- Add and update project and technician details regularly in various databases, including Salesforce, SharePoint and Collabaro
- Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of personnel to jobsites
- Create and update project tracking information to ensure costs and deadlines are monitored
- Review and approve Technician timesheets
- Book travel and accommodation for Technicians to/from jobsites
- Alert Stores Warehouse of equipment, apparel, PPE and tools needed for Technicians
- Request additional staffing needed to fulfil project demands
- Communicate regularly with Technicians through Work chat regarding various needs and instructions
- Support technicians and project managers to ensure smooth and effective project operations

- A sense of urgency, exceptional time management and ability to prioritize
- Excellent verbal and written communication with English fluency
- A strong work ethic, be reliable, dependable, a self-starter and follow-through
- Ability to work well as a team, and take instruction
- Ability to accurately record data
- Strong sense of customer service
