I am currently seeking a Freelance M&E Sub Agent/Agent for a Civils M&E project in West London.

**Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following**:

- Produce / Approve Lookahead programmes, WPPs and RAMS
- Ensure packages of works are delivered on time and in budget
- Management of sub contractors
- Ensuring H&S is followed at all times
- Developing and cultivating a collaborative working relationships with client and stakeholders.
- BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Construction / Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience as a Sub Agent, Agent, Senior Engineer or similar
- Previous experiance within Mechanical and Electrical (M&E)
- Previous experiance with pump systems, treatment plant, water systems or similar
- CSCS
- Couple of references.
