**Role Overview**

The role will provide executive support to the BGUKIT UKI leadership team as well as support engagement, small project activity and other team activities such as offsites, events and induction processes. This role is ideal for someone that might want to develop experience and exposure to project activity (and agile ways of working) and with a desire for professional and personal development.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Organise meetings, conference calls and Teams Meeting sessions for UKI Technology calls.
- Responsible for logistics and administration of Off sites for the team including organisation of off-site events/large meetings, including sourcing venues, negotiating rates and co-ordinating attendance, papers, and logistics
- Detailed liaison with suppliers to ensure smooth running of the event.
- Management of UKI technology All Hands invites.
- Taking actions and minutes during meetings, as required
- Support Technology Office and the leadership team with engagement initiatives and confidential project work, as required.
- Establish a process for onboarding and induction of all new joiners to UKI Technology, including management of UKI Technology distribution lists, creating SOW Requests and internal communications.
- Effective and accurate diary management

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Be an experienced PA used to supporting at a director level.
- Be highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under own direction and in possession of a growth mindset, seeking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Be accomplished at prioritising a busy workload with conflicting priorities.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Enjoy developing and maintaining working relationships with other PAs across the business.
- Have experience of organising events from beginning to end.
- Be happy to work flexibly when deadlines are tight or may conflict.
- Have a collaborative and team centric mindset.
