**Commercial Administrator (Maternity Cover)**
Location: Long Crendon
Hours of work: 18 hours per week, 3 days
**Salary**: Competitive + Bonus Scheme (up to £250 per month)
**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Administrator to join the commercial team in Long Crendon. You will be responsible for delivering commercial support through effectively managing the administration within the team.
**Role Responsibility**
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the day-to-day commercial administration of the contracts, including support in preparing internal and external reports.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external clients.
- Assisting the design office with day-to-day tasks.
- Responding to customer complaints, questions, and concerns.
- Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
**Skills Required**:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management.
- Computer Literate. Competent in Office 365. Ideally Intermediate level in Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- CRM systems and data management systems are an advantage.
