This is a rare opportunity for a strong administrator with a keen interest in communications and PR to gain experience and develop their career.

Our client offers fantastic benefits including early finish on Fridays at 1.30pm, 27 days holiday, pension, healthcare, subsidised restaurant, flexible working hours and a company bonus of up to 10% plus lots more.

**Duties include**
- Developing and uploading content to the Group's intranet, external websites and social media channels
- Assisting in the writing, reviewing and editing of key internal and external publications
- Assisting with planning and the operation of events and maintaining a calendar of communications activity
- Assisting with the co-ordination of social investment activities
- Monitoring communications inboxes
- Submission and monitoring of the annual budget, generating purchase requisitions and receipting goods and services
- Assisting team members with scheduling meetings and developing and issuing papers
- Other administrative duties will include arranging travel, processing expenses and managing couriers and post

Skills/Experience
- Experience in supporting a team with travel, expenses and couriers
- Experience in reviewing and editing copy
- Experience of events planning and organisation
- Experience of using social media for business purposes would be desirable
- Knowledge and experience of using Content Management Systems would be desirable
- Excellent eye for detail and strong organisational details.
- Excellent team player
