Company Secretary

**The Role**
SF Executive are working with a well-known, branded FMCG business based in Buckinghamshire in search for a Company Secretary to report into the CFO.
This will be a multi-faceted role providing support on the follow areas:
- Company Secretarial
- Oversee and manage all Group Insurances (replacing a broker driven service)
- Corporate affairs - Communications and PR involvement
- Some legal/contractual case work
- Property management
- Change management
The business in question are a sizeable, PE-backed organisation going through a period of transformation and modernisation. They are in need of a change focused, driven individual to come on board to take ownership of their company secretarial services.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Proven experience of working within a company secretarial or similar role with a wide-ranging skill set
- Confidence to provide support to board members
- Ability to build and maintain strong, cohesive working relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Background of managing corporate affairs; taking ownership of a business’ PR and driving content
- Relevant working experience within a financial services or legal environment
- Property management experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactively takes ownership of work with a drive for results
- Background of working for large scale organisations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Conditions**
This exciting full-time opportunity will be onsite 3/4 days a week and offering a base salary from £100,000 to £120,000.
