Ductwork Fitter and Mate

Although we are based in Liverpool, employees may be required to work across North West England and North Wales.

We currently have a site in Bangor North Wales and this would be where applicants would initially be working. This site will be ongoing till the end of March 2024

- Perform fitting and assembly tasks according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete tasks
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to specified dimensions
- Assemble components and structures using various techniques such as bolting, drilling and riveting
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Good mechanical knowledge and understanding of installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Take site dimensions.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and train junior fitters

**Salary**: £23.00-£26.00 per hour
