E-commerce & Online Marketplaces Assistant

We are a rapidly expanding and fast moving omni-channel ecommerce business specialising in Wines, Beers & Spirits selling across a broad range of channels
We're lookign for an ecommerce assistant who would be workign directly with the founders of the business and would be involved in all aspects of ecommerce channel management & development across Amazon, Ebay, TikTok and our own Shopify channels

We're lookign for an ecommerce assistant who would be working directly with the founders of the business and would be involved in all aspects of ecommerce channel management & development across Amazon, Ebay, TikTok and our own Shopify channels
- Monitor daily open marketplace orders & account
- creating high quality product listings on eBay, Amazon, Amazon FBA, Shopify, TikTok and other online marketplaces
- Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments
- Work with the business owners to ensure correct pricing and promotional parameters are adhered to
- Researching inventory items to ensure that they are listed with the correct starting pricing and that titles contain high performing search keywords
- Workign with the digital marketer to ensure that product images and descriptions are of the correct quality and work with them to run promotions
- Assist with the development of back office and operational efficiences and functions using our omni-channel operating system (linnworks)
- Monitor customer feedback on the channels and highlight areas for concern
- Monitor marketplace performance (on-time shipping, cancellations, returns, response time etc) workk with the Management team to develop strategies to improve these metrics
- Perform regular catalogue checks to ensure ongoing quality of listings, troubleshooting and resolving product listing errors where necessary
- Manage relations with 3rd party vendors such as courier services and integration speicialists
- Utilise the various operating systems to generate periodic performance reports
- Assist if required with packagin items during peak periods
- General administration duties
**Qualifications & Experience**
- A strong willingness to learn (training is provided)
- Interest in Ecommerce particularly Amazon, Ebay & Shopify. A working knowledge and experience of Amazon FBA is essential
- An interest in the drinks industry
- Be commercially aware
- The capability of workign well within a small team
- Self-starter with a professional results-driven attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and profficiency with Office 365
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- E-commerce: 1 year (required)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
