Job Title: Technical Administrator - Microsoft Dynamics

**Salary**: 35-40k per annum DOE

Location: Biggleswade + Hybrid

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and Configuration:

- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics modules to meet specific business needs.

2. Administration and Maintenance:

- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Microsoft Dynamics.

3. Integration and Data Management:

- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data integrations between Microsoft Dynamics and other systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through proactive data management and validation.

4. User Support and Training:

- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely problem resolution.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users with the knowledge to leverage Microsoft Dynamics effectively.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics reporting tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

6. Performance Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization within the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement enhancements that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Technical Administrator with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its various modules.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and data management principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-901, MB-200, MB-400).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
