We are currently working with a specialist fire safety provider who are currently seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their office based team,

The company have developed an excellent reputation as a market leader in the fire safety industry.

For well over a decade now the company has focused on supporting fire industry trade users, providing turnkey solutions for fire suppression. Independent auditing of our quality management systems, contracting and service operations ensures the very best provision of support in our sector.

Reporting into the Head of Service, The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be a primary point of contact for our recurring revenue, portfolio of clients, to develop and maintain long-term relationships. The role will have a strong focus on retention of clients and increasing revenue within the portfolio of existing customers.

**Duties**:
∙Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are being met and business retained.

∙Identify and pursue new opportunities with customers.

∙Ensure customer SLA’s are consistently being met and identify root cause of any escapes, as well as working alongside the Head of Service to improve customer journey.

∙Ability to achieve monthly KPI’s.

∙Assisting with all customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.

∙To always maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and carry out CSAT surveys.

∙Manage and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.

∙Report on customer satisfaction, state of portfolio and attrition/retention.

**Person Specification**:
∙Excellent organisational skills and a good customer service background essential ideally from a related sector.

∙Computer literate (Outlook & Word)

∙Excellent administration skills & telephone manner highly desirable.

∙Strong written & verbal communication.

∙Self-motivated, energy, drive & enthusiasm - proactive with initiative.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
