HR Administrator

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join the Teneo team on a permanent, part-time (22.5 hours) basis.
Where possible, we'll be holding in-person interviews on the 30th March.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide support in the recruitment of new employees including advertising, CV screening and scheduling interviews.
- Co-Ordinate new starter induction programmes.
- Produce offer letters and contracts to new starters.
- Complete right to work checks.
- Update HR handbooks as and when required.
- Update total reward statements for employees annually and as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate employee data in the HR information system.
- Manage content in the Teneo learning management system.
- Produce letters for salary reviews, promotions and other contract changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the company’s HR system (Namely).
- Delete records as per the company’s data retention policy.
- Assist with administration of quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Assist the VP of HR with HR projects.
**EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a similar role
- Educated to A-level or above
**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND QUALITIES**

- Microsoft Office 365
- Comfortable working with web based HR information systems
- Data protection regulation (GDPR)
