Position: Welfare Officer

**Salary**: £26,000 - £30,000

Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop a foundational understanding of safeguarding principles and adhere to associated protocols.
- Uphold and promote the values and standards of the school community.
- Address the developmental and emotional requirements of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Previous experience or a genuine interest in working as a Pastoral Support Assistant is advantageous.
- Consistently implement and execute agreed-upon behaviour management strategies effectively.
