Residential Care Worker

Join a well-established residential care team to provide a warm and nurturing care environment for the well-matched group of teenage boys living in the home; fostering genuine and open relationships with them; setting clear boundaries and routines, and promoting the best possible care experiences.
**Essential**:
- Previous experience of work with young people in residential care/foster care/youth work
- Effective verbal skills
- Effective written skills
- Ability to work positively and effectively with troubled young people
- Holds NVQ3 Working with Children & Young People / Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,952.00-£33,696.00 per year
