About the role

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students in their learning activities.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans
- Maintain effective classroom behaviour and discipline.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor you will:

- Completion of a mix of online training, and a training day in our Lichfield offices.
- A positive and can do attitude in your approach to work.
- Willing to get a DBS on the update service (DBS £45, update service £13)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
