We are currently seeking a **skilled Machine Operator** for a **permanent position** in a modern, well-lit factory located in **New Milton, **just a stone's throw away from Lymington, Christchurch, and only 12 miles east of Bournemouth's city centre.

**The hourly rate for this position is up to £14.50 per hour + 25% shift uplift, this works out as £36,768 a year - there is also possibility to earn more on top of this via overtime.**

This role has opened up due to the company's continued growth, driven by an expansive and promising project that's now become a reality.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Effective operation of machinery to ensure product conformity with company quality standards.
- Adherence to all company standards and Health and Safety protocols.
- Consistently following documented process controls.
- Efficient assembly of products.
- Adopting a positive and methodical approach to all manufacturing tasks within the designated area.

**You will enjoy regular working hours from 3:00pm to 00.00 am, Monday through Thursday, Friday is 11.00am to 4.00pm
- 39hours a week**. You will be training on a day shift for approximately 1 month and then be transferred to the shift. You also be paid for the shift uplift while training on days.
