**About the Role**:
The Faculty of Health Education, Medicine and Social Care offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses including doctoral level studies. Our new School of Medicine was established in 2018, and offers a five year undergraduate Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (A100) course. We also offer a Physician Associate course, as well as a wide range of postgraduate short courses and conferences. Our dynamic approach ensures that our students receive a high quality research-informed educational experience.

We are looking for an Events Coordinator who will have responsibility for organising short courses and organising and running events within the School of Medicine. The role will work closely with external partners, our staff and students to ensure all events are organised and supported appropriately.

With degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level appropriate to the role or demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD relevant to the role, you should be very organised and have excellent IT skills. An essential part of the role will be stakeholder engagement with senior clinicians, for which you will have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
