Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a Auditor Resources Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit Resource Pipeline
- Assist in identifying scheme and EA code gaps
- Induction of new Auditors
- Auditor Briefings
- Preparing Witness Audit Programme to requirements- Planning Witness Audits in regards date and time frame- Monitoring Witness Audit completion and submission

Skills / Qualifications:

- Good computer skills - inc. Word, Outlook, Excel and Lotus Notes
- Confident and outgoing
- Excellent customer service attitude and skills
- Self-starter with good organisational skills
- Prompt, accurate and reliable
- Diplomatic, yet firm when necessary
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with good finishing abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Confident when dealing with people from all levels
- The ability to inspire enthusiasm, commitment to being a “customer champion” and working with a “can-do” attitude
- The ability to develop strong working relationships with others in the team, internal colleagues at all levels and external clients
- Ability to work as an individual on activities where identified and then form part of a team when the task and project requires this
- Strong levels of commitment and desire for task completion
- Ability to prioritise workload tasks through to completion based on information received and business needs
