A leading international 4-star Hotel located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor for a fantastic career opportunity running the Night service at a popular Hotel.

We are ideally seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor, Night Manager or Night Supervisor with previous experience running Night service managing a small to mid-size front of house team.

**Desirable**
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar Night Manager, Night Auditor or Night Reception role in a hotel
- Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work
- A high level of both written and spoken English
- Experience of Opera PMS or similar systems.
- Dedicated, passionate and customer and service quality focused
