The Clinical Project Management (CPJM) Team manages and delivers specific projects which require an understanding of the clinical trial process. These projects will include commercially sponsored clinical trials and will play a key role in the development of Perspectum’s products and services. The Clinical Project Managment Intern will be required to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making with assistance of project lead and/ or Line Manager.

You will work closely with the Clinical Project Management team to support day-to-day clinical operations and ensure ongoing projects run smoothly. They have strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and are individual contributors.

**Your duties during your internship include**:

- Support the CPJM team with study management and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate project activities and goals and monitor progression against set timelines
- Prepare and maintain relevant study documentation such as minutes and agenda of clients’ meetings

Coordinating study meetings and collating supporting materials and circulate agenda and minutes
- Proactively collaborate with internal departments to understand all aspects of Perspectum services

and capabilities, ensure smooth running of projects.
- Track study participant visits and scans in the Perspectum Portal
- Monitor and manage (when necessary) Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and eTMF
- Ensure good cross-team communication and coordination
- Support study start-up to closing activities

**What we are looking for**
- Studying towards or completed Bachelor’s degree in human sciences/biological sciences or similar field
- or relevant clinical trials/clinical research/biotech working experience
- Excellent problem solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate
- deliverables or project reports in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Ready and willing to work from our Oxford office for a minimum of 3 days a week, as proximity is essential for collaboration.
- Have the capacity to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) without requiring UK work sponsorship.
- Available to work for the entire 12-month internship period (we are flexible on start dates)
