Growth Marketing Lead - UK Remote & Coleshill - £30,000 - £35,000
Growth marketing drives lead generation activity through targeted campaigns and activity.
The holder of this role will develop, implement, track and optimise lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms. The Growth Marketer will work together with our Brand Marketer to produce compelling stories for campaigns, making sure our message reachesour target audience and engages them.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the marketing database, including data administration and audience segmentation.
- Define the marketing funnel metrics (monitoring and reporting) and keep up of emerging trends and problems in our sector.

- Utilize analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, Leadfeeder, and Foleon) to discover ways to enhance Mercury's lead generation and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to content for Mercury's news, blog, social media and client facing material, making sure they are continuously updated and optimised to be on message.
- Work with partners on joint marketing campaigns and events
- Assist team members in delivering our events calendar.
- Compile performance reports, inform executive leadership on marketing strategies and product success, and offer suggestions.
Targets & Measures
- Growing number and calibre of leads produced from various sources. You will be evaluated on a monthly basis based on the quantity of seats and leads.
- Show regular touch points with key personas from our ABM and target lists.
- Show that we are getting leads from prospects who fit our ICP and have a high likelihood of becoming customers.
Qualifications, Experience and Background
- Ability to manage a few consecutive projects.
- Good copywriting skills
- A good understanding of the recruitment and staffing profession.
- This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and a strong desire to win.
