SF Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing business based in Bromsgrove who are looking for a dynamic Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop their career.
**Salary**: £22,000 - £25,000
Office based (With some flexibility)
As an Administrator, your primary responsibility is to handle and respond to incoming queries from customers.
Role:
Maintain a well-organised inbox and responding to customers in a timely manner
Aim to respond to customer inquiries promptly. Prioritize urgent or time-sensitive queries that require immediate attention.
Provide clear and concise explanations to customers
Attempt to resolve the customer's issue in your initial response.
When necessary, follow up with customers to ensure that their issue has been resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including their inquiries, your responses, and any actions taken to resolve the issue
Regularly review and analyse customer inquiries to identify trends, recurring issues, or areas for improvement in your customer service processes.
Managed high volume inboxes
