**Client Details**

Page Group are pleased to be working in partnership with a market leading, national supply chain business who support the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial businesses. My client is looking to appoint a Customer Mobilisation Manager who lives withina commutable distance to the office space next to the West Bromwich Albion Football ground, to oversee the smooth and efficient on-boarding & renewal of new and existing customers

**Description**
- Oversee and manage the smooth and efficient on-boarding of new customers, along with contract renewals, managing the end to end process through to BAU
- Set up customers on internal systems and ensure their details are kept up to date
- Management of 3fte including diary management who help ensure a trouble free on-boarding for new customers
- Plan the end to end on-boarding for new customers, ensuring timescales are within contractual agreements, and key actions take place
- Communicate effectively with customers during the on-boarding process and signpost next actions, providing support throughout
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure on-boarding process is smooth and effective
- Ensure customers first orders meet expectations, reviewing each on-boarding to finds areas for change and improvement
- Manage any customer issues throughout the on-boarding period
- Ensure customers receive an excellent level of service and a smooth on-boarding journey at all times

**Job Offer**

The Customer Mobilisation Manager role will join a leading national supply chain based business at their office based in Handsworth (next to the West Bromwich Albion Football Ground).
The role offers a salary of £35,000 per annum and will be working 40 hours per week (flexible). Please note this will be fully on site.
