Lisburn City Practice is a GP practice based in the new LPCCC in the Lagan Valley Hospital site. We have a patient population of approx. 5800. We currently have 4 GP partners.

Life behind our reception desk can be both busy and demanding, but very rewarding. You must be able to work under pressure and as part of a friendly and welcoming team.

**Hours**

This post is for 13 hours over 1 1/2 set days a week including 8.30am starts and 6.00pm finishes. No weekends.

**Requirements of the post**

The ability to work under pressure is key to this role - you will be highly organised, be a team player, service driven and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced reception environment.

**Essential Criteria**

At least 5 GCSE'S or equivalent grade A-C including Math and English.

At least 2 years relevant experience working in an office environment or customer service environment.

Fully computer literate.

Ability to work as part of a team or use own initiative.

Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness

**Desired Criteria**

Experience of working in a medical setting, such as in a GP practice.

Experience of using EMIS web.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 13 per week

**Salary**: £10.71-£11.21 per hour
