- 0-2 room This wonderful Nursery setting in Haywards Heath are seeking a level 3 qualified Room leader to join their brilliant team. As the Room Leader your main role is to take responsibility for the day to day running of the particular room(s) within the nursery, ensuring that it is operating to the highest professional level. To offer planned activities, a wide range of learning opportunities and daily routines that promote all areas of the children’s development in a safe, stimulating, happy and caring environment, in accordance with the management committee, the Nurseries policies, and the statutory requirements. To be responsible for the daily running of all sessions. You must have good communication skills with adults and a natural affinity with young children, be able to work as part of a team and support colleagues, work flexibly, for example helping to provide cover in case of sickness in a colleague, be prepared to undertake such training to benefit either the individual or the group as a whole, as deemed relevant by the Manager and be a good role model for the children at all times.
