Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an **Administrator** to join our busy **Northampton** Service. Our Administrator team here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, proving administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals. Acting as our first point of contact our Admin team are the face of our service, speaking with our service users face to face and via the telephone, are non-judgemental, empathetic and want to make a real difference to people’s lives.

**Where**: Northampton
**Hours**: 37.5 per week
**Salary**: £23,400 - £23,685.20 pro rata(depending on experience)
**Responsibilities**:
**About the role**:
- To assist in the management of prescription production and changes to prescriptions in line with new starts, restarts, titrations, and medical reviews, and supporting monthly batch prescription generation.
- To maintain and assist with process of prescription generation across the Northamptonshire Drug and Alcohol Service.
- Support CGL phone system and take calls on rotation where necessary.
- Reception cover when required front of house dealing with service users and visitors face-to-face.
- To ensure effective processing of correspondence / data entry as required.
- To minute take at Hub meetings and other meetings when required.
- Contribute to the management of an effective appointments system and clinic diary management.
- Supporting the management of the Hub inbox, inputting referrals, generating letters, answering queries and requests from Recovery Co-ordinators in a timely manner.
- To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the projects.
- Receiving and managing deliveries, post, and parcels.
- To liaise with and chase GP surgeries for information required for service users to access treatment.
- To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
- To cover and work from other sites across Northamptonshire if required to cover reception.
- To co-ordinate operational requirements of the project base as required, room bookings etc., as required.
- Any other ad hoc tasks in relation to administrative tasks to support the wider CGL management team.
**About you**:
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team
- The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary
- Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal
- Be flexible to work across operational sites as required
