Estimator, Cad and Sales

We are looking for a skilled Estimator/CAD Technician to join our highly experienced office-based sales team. Acanthus Cast Stone Ltd manufactures a wide range of high-quality cast stone features for prestigious architectural and landscape projects.

We are a small family-owned business who really value our employees. As part of the small, friendly and supportive Estimating and Sales team, the successful applicant will liaise and converse with Architects, Builders and private customers.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed quotations and component drawings. The ability to read working drawings and take off quantities and specifications is essential, as well as excellent AutoCad skills.

You will need to manage your own projects and meet our customers high expectations. Excellent communication and organisational skills are necessary and accuracy/attention to detail is critical. Applicants must be extremely motivated and have a strong desire to succeed and meet sales targets. The ability to work as part of a team is crucial, as our success is largely due to the joint efforts of our office employees.

You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with your customers and for liaising with them on a regular basis.

Salary will be dependant upon experience and skill levels. We also have a very generous performance-related annual bonus scheme.

Applicants should have at least 2 years experience of the Construction Industry and the use of AutoCad. Your own transport and living within reasonable commuting distance are essential.

Pay: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
