**About Us**:De Rougemont Manor, a prestigious 4-star hotel in the heart of Brentwood, is currently seeking a breakfast waiter/waitress to join our dedicated team. **Duties**:

- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Exhibit knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to provide accurate descriptions to customers
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service

Shift times will be anything between 6am and 3pm. You would work 5 shifts a week giving 2 full days off. Working 20-40 hours per week.

Due to the nature of the positions and our industry it will **include most weekends.**

Due to licensing laws, the applicant must be over the age of 18 to serve alcohol. Driving license would be required due to location, public transport is not an option.

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
