HSS Hire are looking for a **Recruiter** to be part of our dynamic recruitment team, working innovatively to attract, select and retain the very best talent in a challenging logistics and operations market.

As we move into the next stage of our recruitment strategy, we are seeking a passionate recruiter to support the end to end recruitment process. You will work in a hybrid way between home and our head office in Manchester, Trafford Park, giving you that true work life balance.

**About The Role**

As Recruiter you will proactively support the recruitment in our operational business division.

You will receive bespoke continuous support and development, we are working on some creative and forward-thinking projects, and you will have the chance to make real change.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Managing the start to end recruitment process on your designated vacancies
- You’ll deliver the recruitment strategy working with your key stakeholders and the wider HR team including HR Advisors
- You’ll work with the Recruitment Team and Manager to support continuous improvement and innovation to our Recruitment Strategy
- You’ll proactively source where suitable for our critical recruitment areas
- You’ll support managers with booking interviews, receiving feedback, and supporting with offers

- Experience working internally or in an Agency as a a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Consultant with high volume recruitment skills

Our Recruitment Manager will be in touch if you are successful at the next stage. We’ll have a short call to learn more about you and answer any questions that you have. From there, if you feel like it’s a good match, we will move to first stage interview. We can tailor our approach, so this can be remote or in person - we’ll always look to make the right adjustments to support you.
