We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Samphire Homes Team, as a Lettings Officer. This job is a 13-month Fixed Term Contract and is a Part-Time job working 22.5 hours per week; working 3 Full Days but we are open to discussion on how these hours are worked.
This role will cover a geographical area of properties in the Samphire Homes portfolio and any office-based tasks will be completed at our office in Bury St. Edmunds. The role comes with Agile Working.
If you like helping people move into their new homes, then this role is for you We are recruiting for a people focussed individual to join us as a Lettings Officer. This role will focus on the re-letting of our homes and showing properties to prospective tenants. You will work with our contractors to ensure any works to the homes are completed on time and to standard and with the local authority on advertising any available homes. You will work closely with our Housing and Rents team to provide the best customer service to our tenants.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Lettings Officer from those who take pride in delivering excellent service and going to the extra mile for our tenants, you will be detail orientated and must have administration skills / experience. You’ll be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks for each tenant and property. This role will comprise both office work and visiting our properties, so a full driving licence is essential.
