Our warehouse staff support both our direct and trade business and forms the hub of all our activities.

Operations Administrator

**Reporting to**

Procurement Manager

Key Duties
- Providing efficient and effective admin support across a procurement and warehouse suites
- Demonstrating agility by handling various tasks at once
- Collaborating closely and effectively with other team members.
- Keep Batch/Production spreadsheet and graphs
- Keep complete production records/paper files - MIs, consumption, delivery records, release forms various test results (Full traceability).
- order office supplies, stationery, refreshments etc
- Goods in, Purchase invoices, stock movements, scrap, retained stock, sales, Interco transactions, works orders
- Maintaining accurate stock control of all contracted & 3rd party supply.
- Able to work on a range of systems, inputting data accurately and generating documentation.
- Where required, chase and process closings, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved and systems are updated

- Highly organised and dynamic with the ability to manage a high volume of deadline related workload actions that will be delivered within set timescales.
- Natural problem solver and understand the need for attention to detail and finding solutions.
- Passion for quality, service and want to go above and beyond.
- Uncompromising approach to getting the job done, ensuring systems are slick and processes are followed with continual check backs.
- Experience in similar Role
- Strong It skills in MS Office including outlook, excel/word

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
