Wayleave Officer

**About the role**:
As wayleave officer you will be accountable for ensuring we acquire our wayleave agreements well in advance of buid start dates which will in turn boost home count for sales. Also you will be required to observe any adhoc wayleave requirements on unforeseen issues located via teams working on in progress jobs. This role will require working with the planning department through to the build teams or even sales and installs where required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pro actively seeking out wayleave agreements for RFS increase
- Reactively seeking wayleave agreement from Build teams identifying
- Reactively seeking wayleave agreements from sales and installs.
- Process managing Wayleaves
- Monitoring and reporting on all private land statuses
- Microsoft office proficient and organised for data keeping purposes
- Experienced within Wayleave law and processes
- Quick learning so as to understand build maps
- Reporting an monitoring
- Good attitude consisting of confidence/empathy/drive and passion to deliver

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
