**Principal Accountabilities**
- Supervises, motivates, guides, and mentors team members to exceed KPIs and create a positive environment.
- Works alongside Team Manager to make the necessary decisions in order to achieve daily SLAs.
- Oversees the successful training of new team members in line with the company standards and customer requirements.
- Ensures that current SOPs are accurate, up to date and in line with related KPIs.
- Firmly adheres to deadlines by communicating business expectations to team members, setting goals, providing support and disciplining where necessary. Conducts 1-1 reviews.
- Creates an atmosphere centred on delivering superior service for both internal and external customers.
- Ensures all MI data is recorded accurately in line with required timescales.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the operational processes amongst team members and that such processes are conducted to a high standard.
- Ensuring all Quality Control checks are conducted and reviewed for any trends. Managing any necessary actions as an output of this activity.
- Act as an escalation point for the Operators.
- Continuously considers processes within the department and drives recommendations for improvements to Team Manager.
- Promotes internal Values: Confident, Customer Focused, Inspiring, The Best People, Empowering. Proactively manages any Risk Controls that have been designated to this role and takes active role in dept/site H&S.

**Principal Interactions**

Excellent people management skills. Responsibility for performing One to One’s with team members. Able to liaise with both internal and external clients whilst demonstrating control, knowledge and confidence.

**Knowledge / Educational / Experience**
- Experience of compliance with Data Protection and GDPR.
- Experience of managing and motivating a team to achieve required targets.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Logical approach and ability to scope out a project plan.
- People management and development.
- Able to analyse information and report upon its content.
- Attention to detail.
- Accountable and reliable.
- Promotes a positive working environment and able to resolve conflict.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
