**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand market share in the garment decorating industry.

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to create customised proposals, quotes, and presentations that address client requirements.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

6. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our services and expand the company's presence.

7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, including pipeline management, to the sales manager on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the garment decorating or related industry.

2. Knowledge of garment decorating techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation is highly desirable.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and achieving results.

5. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.

7. Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
