Our Nottingham City Centre based client are looking for an Administrator to join their Aftersales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**£23,500**

**8:30 - 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 - 5pm Friday**

Your key responsibilities will include liaising with the company stores, customers, and engineers, as well as:

- Data Inputting
- Handling inbound calls
- Attending to customers at the trade counter
- Updating records and spreadsheets
- Filing and archiving

You will need strong IT skills and have some experience in data entry.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong 'people skills' and ability to build good rapport
