Our HR Coordinator will lead the charge in delivering seamless HR functions across Future Fit Group and its subsidiaries.

The role is the linchpin of our company’s end-to-end HR service. From the moment a job vacancy is posted to the onboarding of new hires, and throughout every phase of an employee's journey within our company.

Key responsibilities include coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring that we identify and select the right talent. Administering employment contracts, conducting employee inductions, and diligently monitoring progress during probationary periods. A commitment to supporting our workforce, extending to addressing concerns, maintaining employee welfare and assistance programs, and fostering a positive work environment.

Moreover, the role will involve handling performance-related issues, managing records accurately and confidentially, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Plus, provide workplace management support as needed to maintain a conducive work environment. The HR Coordinator will work cohesively as part of the People Team, contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.

With a meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining compliance with legal requirements, this role is the cornerstone of our HR service, ensuring that our team members are well-supported, valued, and empowered throughout their journey with us.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Tech-savvy with HR software experience and proficiency in MS365, Word, and Excel.

Full UK driving license for potential travel or office-related duties.

Self-starter with problem-solving skills.

Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.

High integrity and ethics.

Effective communication, empathy, and adaptability in working with diverse personalities.
