The successful candidate will have completed CIPD Level 3 qualification and will be responsible for providing administrative support within the HR team, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Key responsibilities will be: Probation and Absence administration, Occupational Health support, Annual appraisal process administration and support with year end processes.

Experience of recruitment is essential, as this role will be responsible for the coordination of indirect recruitment across the UK market unit.

This roll will be 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day.
